Laundry

We can add hours of free time to your day by doing your everyday laundry. We clean almost everything – from business shirts to ladies’ dresses to bath towels and bed sheets. Before your clothes are cleaned, we manually inspect each item of clothing to determine the best cleaning method for it. The clothes are then tagged accordingly before they are sent off to be cleaned. The laundry service includes washing and ironing. You can choose to have your freshly-cleaned clothes hung or have them folded. Our turn-around time for laundry services is 3-4 working days.

Dry Cleaning

By definition, dry cleaning is cleaning with the application of chemical solvents and in the absence of water. Before your clothes are dry cleaned, they are carefully inspected for stains. Stains, especially those on delicate fabrics, need to be carefully pre-treated before dry cleaning takes place. We apply different solvents to clean different garments and to treat strains. You can specify if you want your dry cleaned clothes folded or hung. Our turn-around time for dry cleaning services is 3-4 working days.

Clothes made of delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, leather and suede last longer and retain their original colour and texture better when they are dry cleaned. If you cannot decide if the item should be laundered or dry cleaned, check out our advice on To Dry Clean or Launder in our Care Tips!

Pressing (Ironing)

Are you desirous of crisp pressed shirts for work every morning? Or have items that are complicated to iron? Leave the arduous task of pressing to us! Every item brought in for pressing is checked by our specialists to determine whether the item requires hot pressing or steam pressing. After each item is pressed, we manually inspect each item. Our turn-around time for pressing services is 3-4 working days.

Upholstery (Curtains, Carpets)

Gone are the days of stuffing heavy curtains and carpets in your washing machine! You can also say goodbye to the backache caused by having to remove and then re-install the heavy carpet or curtains before and after the cleaning is done. When it comes to cleaning upholstery such as carpets, curtains and rugs, we will:

  • pick up and deliver your cleaned carpets, curtains and rugs to your home
  • take down your curtains and hang them back up after cleaning
  • evaluate and send curtains for dry cleaning or a wet wash, depending on the material
  • evaluate and clean your carpets using either foam or steam, depending on the material
  • return your items to you in 7-10 working days, subject to weather conditions

Luxury Bags & Shoes – Cleaning & Restoration

Just like our clothes require cleaning, so do our precious bags & shoes. It is important that regular cleaning of these expensive items are done, so as to prolong their lifespan and maintain their appearance. Aside from cleaning, we also restore your bags & shoes to their beautiful condition with our value added services such as demoulding, stain/water protection, lacquering, spot touch ups and colouring. Our turnaround for bag & shoes cleaning is within 14-21 working days, subject to cleaning complexity.

Collection & Delivery

No time to drop off or pick up your laundry? Not a problem.
Make use of our laundry collection and delivery service.
A minimum order of $30 applies for our FREE Collection and Delivery service.

Express Services

  • 3-Hour Service (*This service is ONLY AVAILABLE for Drop Offs & Pick Ups at our Main Office)
    Garments have to be sent in before 3pm.
    3x Normal Cleaning Rates
  • Same-day Service (*This service is subjected to availability.)
    Garments sent in or picked up before 12pm may be collected in the evening.
    2x Normal Cleaning Rates
  • Next-day Service
    Garments sent in or picked up after 12pm may be collected the next day.

Both services are available Mondays through Saturdays only. There is no Express Service for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Note : Laundry Cut Off Time

  • Express Services are charged based on the requested type of Express Service.
  • Fees will not be reversed for items not collected on time.
  • Express Charges are non-refundable.
  • As we do not operate on Sunday and Public Holidays, day-count for Express Service is strictly by working days only.
    (e.g. Items sent in on Saturday and to be collected on Monday will be considered as next-day express service.)
  • Not applicable but limited to Bulky items such as : Carpets, Curtains, Pillows, Comforters, Toppers, Toys.
  • Pick up Services are based on Available Pick Up Slots.
