Marketing & Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Process orders and manage day to day operations duties

2. Create sales orders/invoices when required

3. Assist with providing customer service through WhatsApp/calls

4. Assist with website content management, including research on topics of interest for target audience

5. Assist and support social media marketing

6. Other Administrative tasks (eg. invoice tracking)

Customer Service

Requirements:

1. Attended & follow up enquiries from Customers for various Channels. WhatsApp, Calls, Emails

2. Maintain daily defect reporting, order scheduling and getting customer confirmation

3. Perform ad-Hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager and Maintain good communication with the team

4. Basic computing knowledge and able to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred

5. Punctual personality capable of work & adopt offsite

6. Work Schedule : Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm & Saturday: 8am to 5pm

Packer

Requirements:

1. Quality Checking and packing ready laundry

2. Preparation of daily laundry for drivers to load for deliveries

3. Perform ad-Hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager and maintain good communication with the team

4. Able to handle load up to 15kg and to maintain a clean work station.

5. Basic computing knowledge and able to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred

6. Work Schedule : Able to commit 3 months, Monday to Saturday : 9am to 5pm
